I can honestly say this has been the hardest month of my life. John David started working on the Burn Unit at the end of August and he’s been putting in around 80-90 hours a week since then. The morning sickness is still here, along with the really bad migraines. It’s hard enough moving to a new city and not knowing anyone, but add to that being pregnant and sick and all alone every day … just makes for a horrible transition! Thank goodness for my momma. She came and got me and took me home for a week of family time. Just what I needed!!!
I had my 34 week check up September 15th. My doctor (love her!) decided to go ahead and set a date for me to be induced. I check into the hospital Sunday night October 17th and she said Miss Khloe should arrive sometime on Monday the 18th. I feel so much better now that we have a PLAN and only 4 weeks to go!!! I have another appointment coming up on the 27th and I should have some good ultrasound pictures – well I suppose that all depends on what mood Khloe is in. In the past, she has not been very cooperative when it comes to pictures. After the next appointment I should start seeing the doctor every week as we get closer to the EDD.
Jd starts a new rotation in October and should be home much more. VERY excited about that. Khloe’s room is all but done, we just have to paint and we plan on doing that in the next few weeks.
I am excited to say that I have a surprise coming up for everyone. : ) Better to keep it a secret and make you wait for it, but it’s going to be good!! Stay tuned!
